CYBERSOLV C8882 is a solvent-based stencil cleaning fluid specifically designed to clean solder paste, uncured SMT adhesive and flux residue from stencils, mis-printed PCBs, stencil tools and printing squeegees. C8882 can be used in automated understencil wipe processes, hand-wipe, and ultrasonic cleaning systems as well as spray systems designed for solvent.

CYBERSOLV C8882 has a mild solvent odor, quickly dissolves all flux constituents within the solder paste and will not adversely affect stencils that have been nano-coated. C8882 has been proven compatible with all wetted components in automated understencil wipe systems and approved for use by several printer manufactures’. CYBERSOLV C8882 is fast drying without leaving behind any residue.

CYBERSOLV C8622 is a full-strength solvent blend specifically designed as an IPA alternative for under stencil wiping and manual bench top cleaning applications. C8622 is ideally suited for dissolving un-reflowed solder paste during the stencil printing process, and can be applied as received in any application where IPA is typically used.

CYBERSOLV C8622 improves stencil printing yields by removing trace solder paste deposits from the stencil aperture. C8622 is safe and effective in all IPA applications, boasting extensive compatibility and low odor. CYBERSOLV C8622 dries spot free and does not require a rinsing step, however, if needed, use fresh C8622 or Hot DI Water.

CYBERSOLV C8508 is an aqueous based cleaner for reflow ovens and general equipment maintenance. C8508 effectively removes adherent residues outgassed during the reflow-soldering step of surface mount assemblies that includes solder paste activators and functional additive build-up. CYBERSOLV C8508 is extremely effective at removing the toughest baked-on flux residues including the latest lead-free formulations.

CYBERSOLV C8508 is compatible with all materials commonly used in electronic assembly manufacturing and cleaning processes, including tools and accessories made of aluminum, copper and brass materials. C8508 is an excellent preventative maintenance product and is ideal for cleaning all soldering equipment types on the assembly floor.

CYBERSOLV C8502 is specially formulated to quickly remove all types of flux residues from wave solder fingers, reflow oven surfaces and general electronics production equipment. C8502 is also effective on rosin flux used on fabrication of dissimilar metals on industrial components. CYBERSOLV C8502 is easy to use, non-flammable and virtually has no odor.

CYBERSOLV C8502 is environmentally friendly and engineered with a mixture of oxygenated solvents and water. The solvents are specifically selected based on their affinity for rosin, no-clean and water soluble wave solder flux residues. CYBERSOLV C8502 may also be used at full strength in immersion systems using spray under immersion or ultrasonic agitation.

CYBERSOLV 141-R dissolves rosin and low residue flux residues and then readily evaporates after the cleaning application. CYBERSOLV 141-R is designed for bench-top cleaning needs and is ideally suited for cleaning through-hole and SMT electronic assemblies, connectors, cables, and hybrid circuits. The product is excellent for spot cleaning flux and is commonly used to clean solder joints following hand soldering. After cleaning, a rinse using fresh CYBERSOLV 141-R is required for a residue and flux free assembly.

The solvents that makeup CYBERSOLV 141-R are low in odor, toxicity and non-ozone depleting and EPA SNAP approved. CYBERSOLV 141-R also meets RoHS and REACH directives. While effective on many NC and Rosin flux formulas, the product is not recommended for cleaning WS (OA) fluxes. CYBERSOLV 141-R is available in bulk liquid packaging.
